Occassionally when I try to click a flag in the flag column to mark an email
reminder as complete, Outlook will not let me. Once I open the email and
click the "follow up" button to mark it as complete it will work. Or if I
move it from my inbox to a subfolder it will work. It seems random as to
when it will allow me to complete using the flag column and when it won't.
Anyone ever heard of this and any possible reason/solution? Thanks!
