Can you create a flash banner in front page 2002 or do you need to import a
pre-designed one? If yes, do I need to know html codes?

You create a Flash banner with well..uh...Flash (expensive) or SwishMax (not
so expensive) or find one premade that works for you.

Thank you Rob,

that really helps a lot. Do you know any websites that have free premade
templets that I can add the photos (very tight budget Im sorry to say)

You *have* to have Flash?

Oh...hey...check SwishMax they used to have a 30 day uncrippled trial, maybe
they still do(?)
