Flash files in Power Point 2000

I have inserted a .swf file into a PP 2000 file, but it doesn't seem to hold
the "playing=true" option. After I view it one time it automatically goes to
"playing=false" and won't play the next time.

Any suggestions?

Comparing settings with another user I recently found out, that setting
menu=true might be a solution for this. Give it a try.
