Flash Files

I am using Frontpage 2003 and I have created a flash file (.swf) that I want
to place on a web page. I know there is an easy way to do this, but I have
forgotten how. Can someone refresh my memory please.

Go to INSERT ... down to PICTURE..then to MOVIE IN FLASH FORMAT
easy as that
