it could be that the files aren't accessible the way you've constructed the
email.
for instance if your html thinks the flash is at c:/documents and settings/
user name/ folder/ file.swf and your user doesn't have the file in that
location on their machine they won't see it.
I've found the best way to do this is to actually make a page and publish it
and it's associated files to the server. then in your html code for the
email use absolute references to the files (the
http://example.com/folder/file.xxx) type absolute references.

the other thing that you may want to consider is "flash paper" you'll have
to add it as an attachment (I think) but I got one of them the other day and
it was pretty impressive.

I've done that but when i try to open the email test it just doen'st show up
in the page, i've done what you told me, make a web page and published it in
a website, then i copy all the HTML code to the mailer program, and when i
send it everything works fine, all but the flash animations,

are we sure that outlook it's supposed to show flash animations?
i ask this 'cos it doen's even show a little cross like when a picture is
missing, it just doesn't show up, like it's been never there.

TIA

One other thing, thanks in advance for everything Chris,
ok, here's the other thing,

this is my procedure to do everything, tell me if it's ok:

first i build the web page whit everything in my harddrive, after that i
upploadit tho the web site ( http://laboratoriosmicrosules.com/newsletter/ )
and then (after all the links have been changed by Frontpage to be on the
website, i copy the page to my desktop and i modifit, i have to change again
all the links of the images and stuff,, but that's fine, but when i go and
change the adrees of the SWF file, it kind of tells me that i have to
download that file, i mean, when i chnge the adress from local hard to
internet (the site) and i hit "save" frontpage tells me where do i want to
save the file, so i'm gessing that maybe when i send the test mail the
adress in the HTML code it's not ok.

cuold you point me in the wright direccion here? THANKS!!!!!!!!

"and i hit "save" frontpage tells me where do i want to
save the file,"

Tell FrontPage to leave the file where it is, and to not import it.
The same applies to any other files associated with the page, such as
images, CSS etc. that you may be using. All links in the emailed page
must be absolute, pointing to your website, they must NOT be relative.

I ask again:

are we sure that outlook it's supposed to show flash animations?

because now that i recall i don't think i ever seen emails with flash
animations...

thanks!

Best to ask in an Outlook newsgroup. I have never seen Flash in an
email, either, but seldom view emails in HTML mode anyway. Where
there is an option, I always go for text only versions of newsletters.
