Well, you're not gonna create a wide-screen full length movie are ya?
....most advert banners are animated gifs.
do a Google for "animated .gif" program freeware shareware...whatever
there are a lot out there....also check your existing image/graphics editor...it may already have an animated gif creator that you've overlooked.
