How do I get a flash movie I want to use as an
introduction to my web site to be the first screen shown
then auto switch to the web site?

Have you tried making it your default page... index.htm or whatever your
host has as it's default page????

If you have created the flash movie you can make the
flash movie go to the page after the flash movie has
finished it's cycle
