Vernon,

If you are referring to this file: http://find-the-right-
loan.financialcircuit.com/images/partners1.gif

It is an animated gif file.

If you have a graphics program refer to it for
instructions on creating animated gifs.

If you do not have a program that creates animated gifs,
you may be able to find a frewware / shareware program on
the web.

Hope it helps,
JDR

looks like a simple gif animation

(although the same thing can be accomplished with flash but not really worth it
unless you wanted more advanced transitions between frames or something which is
more difficult with gif animations)

Create each "frame" which is a separate image then construct the animation in a
program like ULead's "Gif Construction Set" (www.tucows.com has it - either free
or trial/shareware - I don't know). then publish the created image. It can be
set to loop (run continuously) and starts running when the page loads.....import
and insert it in your web just as with any other image.
