Flatline on line chart

I have a small line chart, plotting 3 categories. Category 2 and 3 show the line chart with the highs and the lows on the line. But category 1, tho it has a few different data points, shows as a flat line. If I didn't have the data points showing, you couldn't tell that there were in highs and lows in the data.

Could someone please tell me how to fix this?
