Can anyone help, when I open a spreadsheet in Excel 2002
and scroll down the page I get an annoying flickering.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this? Is it
a Hardware or Software Isssue? I'm using a Genius Optical
5 button mouse on Win XP, 2400 AMD Cpu, 256 DDR.
Could this be anything to do with my Monitor Referesh
Rate? It's set to factory default setting.
