Flipping an Image

Is there a way in Frontpage 2002 to flip an image. I have
to animated gifs on either side of a title and want them
facing each other.

don't think so but there is a free trial download of gif animator 5 from
www.ulead.com that'll do it. you can't do it with a "regular" editor since
each frame of the gif must be flipped.
