flipping text 180 degrees in a text box

I'm trying to flip text (so it shows upside down) in a text
box. I see you can rotate it left or right but not 180
degrees. Can anyone help?

This has to be done by cutting a textbox, then edit-paste special-as a
picture, and then rotating the picture. It cannot be done with any regular
Word object.

Using Word Art is the easiest work-around for this. If you don't wan
"fancy text" just change the font, size and color to what you wan
before rotating it
