floating image (photo) over a table

I would like to move an image over a table. A friend showed me that this can
be done with done with FrontPage. Now I cannot remember how to do it.

How can I move an imge (photo) on top of a table without affecting the table?

You can click on help and type position for the search for
good information. Try clicking on the image- then format
in tool bar, click position, under postioning style select
absolute or relative. They will let you choose location
and size. Do use the help for defining the choises
