One way is to format the right button to display both the icon and caption.
Use the Cusomize dialog: Right click the tb, select Cusomize > Commands tab.
Then activate the right button and click the Modify Selection control. Select
the Image and Text option.
Agreed this is a bit careless on MS's part.
