Hey Rusch,
Not sure if there's anything really built in to Visio that will get you
exactly what you need. A couple of ideas come to mind, though:
1. Check out the Reports under Tools > Reports. You can define your own
reports. Not sure if this will be rich enough for what you need.
2. Write some of your own code to extract the information from the diagram.
I have posted an article and sample on how to programatically create Visio

but this is the reverse of what you need. The sample might help you get
comfortable programming Visio, however.
3. If you do go the programming route, be sure to check out Connects and
FromConnects in the developer reference. This is how you determine what is
connected to what.
