Flowcharts - how to hyper link to a subroutine and then return to caller?

I'm making flowcharts and am trying to figure out how to handle calls to
subroutines. What I'd like to have happen is that a viewer would double
click on a subroutine item and a page that corresponds to the subroutine
item would be displayed. Later, the user would click on the subroutine's
'return' item and the subroutine page would be replaced with the calling
page. Would one of you more knowledgeable people out there know how to do
this?
