flyout menus

I have created a website with flyout meuns with hotspots linked to othe
pages. When you scroll over the flyout menu it flashes in and out. Ho
do I correct this.

Please give a link to the page.
The usual reason for the flashing is the onmouseover and onmouseout
events have been applied to the layer, instead of some other content
on the page. The requested link will enable a better explanation.
