Flyout / pulldown menus

Does anyone know if there are any templates one can use
to easily setup websites with flyout / pulldown menus.
I havve been using FP 2000 for ages and have just bought
FP 2003 as the advertsing suggests this facility is now
available.
But from what I can see it dosen't look straightforward
at all

You can use FP2003 DHTML and layers to do this but you
will have much more flexibility using :
