I have a user that has his mailbox, as well as an additional group
mailbox that he checks.
Everything is fine on the lan, but when he dials in remotely and tries
to open the group mailbox, it says "The folder cannot be displayed"
His regular mailbox functions correctly.
He's configured with Windows XP SP1, Outlook 2002 (latest SP)
connecting to Exchange 5.5 (latest SP) using an OST file.
The only thing I can think of is the lag associated with dialup is
causing outlook to timeout or something like that but he said this
just recently started happening.
I spent quite some time with him on the phone, even doing a remote
desktop over dialup (SLOW!) but was not able to come up with a
conclusive reason.
Does anyone have any additional input?
