folder containing local folders content location for Wmail in Vist

when exporting "all folders" to an empty file folder on the hard drive it
appears as if
all do not get sent. When I send these to a thumb drive and import them into
outlook 2007 it works - but only for the ones that get exported to the file
folder created on the hard drive. How do I get to the root folder that
contains these local folders so I can get them over to a desktop running W7?
