Folder Full & Cannot Move Or rename - What To Do?

My Email folders are full and I cannot move, change or rearrange the folders
in my personal folders in Outlook. I use these folders to catalog customers
and link email and attachments to include PDF's etc to the customers. This
is now full. What do I do. I tried archiving old files and it doesn't seem
to work.

What makes you think they are full, where exactly are you getting this info
from?
What version of Outlook?
What type of mail account?

What version of outlook created the pst? Did you try adding a new pst and
moving some of the older messages to it?
