Folder Homepage and Windows Control Library

Hi,

I created a simple ASPX page that hosts a Windows Control
Library written in C#.Net.

The control loads fine in IE but when I use that same URL
in the Outlook Folder Homepage the control doesn't
display.

Does anyone know of security or other items I need to be
concerned with.

The control does not interact with the Outlook Object
Model.
