Thank you for posting here.
Based on my knowledge, the size of the Font in the left side folder list of
Outlook 2003 is integrated into Windows Shell, and cannot be managed by
Outlook itself. You can follow the steps below to reset the font size in
the left side folder list.
1. In the desktop, right click blank area, click Properties.
2. Click Appearance tab, click Advanced button.
3. In Item drop down list, choose Menu.
4. The default font is Tahoma, the default size is 8.
5. Click OK twice to save the setting.

| Where would I find the function that controls the size of the
| fonts used in Outlooks 2003 Folder lists on the leftside? For
| some reason, their excessive in size.
