Folder list's messed up

All of the sudden some of my Outlook users are having the
following problem: in the folder list...the Public
Folders shows first, then their Personal Folders and
finally their Inbox.
Is there a way to change the order to the proper way?
Inbox, Personal Folders and Public Folders?
