I have a new pc. It came with Office 2003 trial installed, and I have Office
XP already. I removed Office 03, and installed Office XP... and Outlook
won't run properly. When I start Outlook I get a message 'Unable to open
specified folder. Do you want to open system folder?' I tried uninstalling
Outlook XP, and reinstalling; uninstalling Office XP and reinstalling, and
still have Outlook giving same message. I searched the knowledge base using
the message and got references to Outlook 97 and Exchange server (that
didn't apply); how can I resolve?
This is a home pc, without exchange server, running winxp sp2, using a
wireless network. Everything else is OK. Thanks in advance.
