I installed MS Outlook and configured rules for incoming mail to be
automatically forwarded to specific folders. Recently, something has
changed, and when I try to configure new rules, using the Rules Wizard, it
doesn't work, and error message tells me to consult "Folder permissions"
regarding the problem. What is "Folder permissions"?
