I recently bought a Dell and loaded my own Office on to it. I have
transferred all my old files (via disk) on to the new computer. When I try to
access the old files (in the new folders), Word opens but it does not give me
my document, it locks up the computer and after going to the task bar to end
program, it takes me back to my active desktop. However if I open up a blank
Word document, all the files will then open. Please help. India Dell can't
help.
