Folder Size button not available

I have a user who is trying to view the total size of his mailbox. However
when he looks at the properties of the mailbox or any folder for that matter
there is no "Folder Size" button. Does anyone know how to make it viewable.
He is running Outlook 2003 in cache mode connecting to an Exchange 2003
Server.

None of our other users are having the same issue.

In Outlook 2003, you should find a "Folder Sizes" selection at the bottom of
the Navigation Pane list.
