Folder Sort

I don't know what I did, but when opening folders (Control-O) in Word, the
listing is now ascending (Z to A) instead of the preferable (A to Z) like it
was before today.

How do I correct this?

In the Open Dialog, click on the Views icon on the Toolbar, select Arrange
Icons, and click on whichever view is currently selected (such as by Name).
The sort order will reverse.

You clicked on the Name tab at the top of the list. Try clicking on the
other tabs to amend their order too.
