Folder Type Incorrect

Outlook 2003 and 2007

I have a user who is having issue with Notes. I found in the properties
for Notes the file Type is FOLDER CONTAINING MAIL AND POST ITEMS.
This is obviously wrong. I haven't any idea how this got changed.
Does anyone know how to change it back to read NOTE ITEMS? It is causing
issues such as the inability to post notes to the folder. I guess because it
does not think that is an acceptable post format.

Any help would be appreciated.
