Folder within Outlook Today

I have created several different folder withing the folders that reside on
the left under Outlook Today. These folders contain messages that I consider
valuable and need to save.

Is there a way to view them from another pc? Or are these folders saved
only on this particular piece of software?

Depends. If your Outlook Today is on an Exchange server, you can view them
from any PC that contains an Exchange client and that has access to the
Exchange server. If your Outlook Today is a PST on a local hard drive,
naturally only your own PC can acess it. If your PST is on a network drive,
then conceivably you can configure another PC to access it.
