folders created in Entourage not in Outlook or iPhone

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange When I create a folder under Inbox in Entourage it doesn't show up in Outlook, on my iPhone or in Mac Mail app. What can I do to resolve this. Thanks

Be sure you are creating the folder in the Inbox under your Exchange
account, not under the folders "On My Computer".
