Hi all,
I'm using Microsoft Office 2003. Specifically Outlook's contact features.
I have Act! v6 but I found it to be a bit heavy for my simple needs. I
want to be able to not only flag a contact as requiring follow-up (which I
can already do in Outlook) but I also need the ability to do two more
things:
1) Specify a follow-up date.
2) Add brief contact notes. For example, on such-and-such a date I
contacted this person by phone, talked to them, blah blah blah. Preferably
the date of contact would be it's own field but that isn't strictly
necessary.
