follow-up reminder does not work!

rajani

Hi guys, for some reason this option never worked for me. I want to track a
message so what I do is reply to the email and click follow-up and set
reminder so that I get a reminder and I can check whether I received a reply
to the mail I sent. but I never get any reminder even after due date/time I
put in.

yes I've all checkboxes ticked under "reminder options". any ideas
your advise much appreciated. I use outlook 2003 (OS xp with sp2)

What folder is the message in? Reminders only fire from the default
folders - but not sent. You'll need reminder manager from slovaktech.com.

it's in "sent" folder. since I got no reply it may not be default folder.

do you any other suggestion for what I want Diane instead of paid addon from
slovaktech.com ? I don't think my employer would be willing to pay. thanks
for your advise.
