Seems that when actioning a follow up for received mail, and after entering
date and time for follow-up the reminder works with item flashing on screen
as reminder.
I cannot seem to get the same result for sent mail........seems to me that
from business management perspective, follow up of sent mail in this way is
the more important of the two!
