Fom question

Ok...This is a little confusing but any imput would be greatly appreciated.

I have a website that is composed of links to multiple websites....all of
which I created in FrontPage 2000.
The first page is a list of questions and the multiple pages are answers to
those specifice questions.
My question is...Is there a way to create a form to allow users to update
these websites?
For example I would like to have a user add there own questions and links to
the first page and then when they submit the form it also creates another web
page and sets up link to the answer?
Thanks in advance and if you have any questions please feel free to ask!!!

Thanks!

Not possible directly with FP. Requires the use of a custom written application with user management
using a server-side scripting language such as ASP, ASP.net, PHP, CFM and a database, which one all
depends on what is supported by your web host.
