Font and color on language bar

How do I change the font to large bold on the language bar buttons?
How do I change the color on the language bar buttons? I can't see which
buttons are on and which are off. This is an Accessibility Aid that is hard
to see for a normal person, much less a visually impaired person who really
could use the speech recognition features
