You can't *add* a colour to word's palette as it uses set colours, but you
can use custom colours on fonts, borders etc.
Just click on the More colours button, then on the Custom tab and you can
move the crosshair cursor until you find a colour you like, or you can type
in RGB values to get a colour match to, say, a Pantone.
