font changes size when replying

when I get a message from one location it is in 12 size, but when I reply my
font size turns small so small I can hardly read it, I have checked zoom size
and it is 100%, My menu bar says that it is supposed to be 12 font size , but
it is not. When I receive this message it is ok, this just happens when I
reply to the original message. I am in HTML and font size for replying to
email is 12.

Does anyone have any ideas?????
