Font changing - please help

I have created my email signature using Word as my email
editor - all in Arial. All my default fonts in Outlook
are set to Arial, but when I open a new message the
signature appears in Times New Roman.

Can anyone tell me why and how I can fix this?

So far my only solution is to change it manually in each
message.

Outlook and Word versions? Try setting your default mail format to HTML before creating the signature.
