Hi,
Anyone seen this before or got any suggestions?
We are using Exchange 2003 Server and Outlook 2003 with SP2
I have a user that is replying to message and when she types the text in say
Arial 10 it looks ok, but once the message has been sent and she checks the
sent copy parts of the text have change size to Arial 12. It is a bit random
and not after a particular function or character and it only happens for part
of a paragraph and changes back automatically to the original font. We are
not using word as the email editor. I have copied and pasted the text into a
word document and showed all functions but can't see anything that would
cause it just before or after the bit of text that has changed.
I have noticed however that occasionally throughout the text there is a
little o (similiar to the degree sign).
It's not happening on all emails or just when replying to another email
(although the user can't remember exactly when or how often)
This is a bit frustrating and can cause embarrassment because it looks like
the user is trying to emphasise part of message that shouldn't be.
Anyone got any ideas ?
