Hi Debbie
Unlike Tasks/ToDos where you can change the font colour you can't readily do
this in your 2007 Calendar. I expect this is because of the Category/Colur
Linkage. You could play with automatic formatting to achieve what you are
after. Whilst in your Calendar go to View ... Current View, Customise Current
View and select Automatic Formatting. Here you can create conditions that
automatically colours the appointment, meeting etc.
