Font Formatting: Superscript

In one cell I have "Ca2+"

I need the "2+" part to be superscript. How do I make
this happen?

in the formula bar, highlight 2+ then do format=>Cells=>Font tab and select
Super Script.

lots of times then download the add-in found at
http://spectrum.troyst.edu/~cking/ChemFormat/

It works very well in Excel and Word (and I expect in PowerPoint)
