Word as Email editor is turned OFF
A user is complaining that when he replies/forwards
emails, the font that shows is changing by itself
depending where he types. For argument sake, he has
stated on one or 2 occasions, this has happened while
typing a new email although this has never been
duplicated. After researching the issue with the user, it
can only be duplicated when he replies/forwards an email
and edits it or copies text from another email. From what
we can find out, this is the way Outlook is supposed to
work since Outlook uses different fonts when replying or
forwarding from the original email that was received by
the user. Has anyone come across a similar complaint or
issue? And yes, the user has said that he should not have
to go to Format, Font to fix this and he will not use
plain text.
