I am new to FrontPage and am helping my boss with a newsletter. I copied and
pasted a document from WordPerfect into FrontPage and when I import it into
our listserv, the puntuation is off. Apostrophes and dashes become question
marks. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Copy it into Notepad first, then copy and paste where you need it and set
the font there.

Sounds like the apostrophes and dashes are not the "standard"
apostrophe and dash with decimal ASCII values of 39 and 45
respectively. If the listserver uses a character set of UTF-8,
non-standard symbols will show as "?" in the finished document.

I suggest you just retype the newsletter straight into frontpage, or else
you need to go through and correct all the "errors". Remember Frontpage is
not a word processor - it is an html editor.

It seems that copy & paste from one application to another give
unpredictable results - even copying MS Word to MS Frontpage doesn't work
all the time (if any).
