font in users hand writing

M

maxienut

when typing to friends and family emails, it would be great if it was in my
handwriting, maybe this could be achieved by writing on a sheet that could be
scanned, and all you would have to do is write all the keys on the keyboard
in your handwriting.
This then could be used in hotmail and word programs.

I'm very interested to see if this is a good idea.

Many thanks

For your friends/family to be able to see it in your handwriting they would
also need that font.

There are companies that do this for a small fee (convert your handwriting
into a font)...Google; "your handwriting font" or variations thereof.

However, as JoAnn points out, you'd have to send the font to anyone you'd
want to see your font on their machine...and probably instructions on how to
install fonts.

And then deal with a bazillion questions they have about any other issues
that they think are related to it.

I can't read my own handwriting after having worked a keyboard for so long..
