We have Access 2003 deployed on Citrix (Windows 2000 Advanced) and PCs. The
database is split and each user has a front-end in their own folder.
When two of the Citrix users are working in the most-used form, the fonts
suddenly change to bold or get larger, making the form unuseable because the
user can't see all the data in the fields. It usually happens when adding
records. No other MS applications are affected by this.
It is sometimes corrected by the user closing and opening their database,
but comes back shortly.
We tried replacing the front-ends with others that work fine on Citrix,
replacing the thin clients and monitors, giving the user a new Citrix
profile--and it always comes back. Other Citrix users do not experience this
problem.
Thanks,
