font ordering in font menu

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I use Times new Roman alot. Unfortunately selecting it requires one to a long list to get to it in the font menuitem. Is there a way to make it always appear at the top of the list?

Then you will never have to hunt that stupid list ever again :)
