Depending on what the text is for, you could use Word Art to turn i
upside down.
Insert > Picture > Word Art
Then in the gallery, choose the one in the top left corner (unless o
course you want something fancy!). Type your text, then right-click o
the generated Word Art, choose 'Format Word Art', then in the 'Size
tab, choose 'Rotate' and enter 180. That'll turn it upside-down.
Getting it backwards might be a bit more difficult. You could perhap
download a font that is by its very nature backwards - a Google searc
might bring something up.
