Font size when viewing an email

I have a client that doesn't want his resolution changed,
but wants all outlook text to view larger. We changed the
font settings under tools, options, mail format and also
under view, current view, customize current view and
other formatting and automatic formatting. That got
almost everything, but when a message comes in to him, he
wants the message text to default to a larger font size
for viewing. Is this possible w/out changing his screen
resolution? He's on Outlook 2002.
